Getting Started: Preparing to Start Your Shift

Use this checklist on your first day and anytime you need a refresher.

Before Your Shift

Before arriving, make sure you are prepared:

• Review your schedule and arrival time
• Bring your uniform and badge
• Bring your login information card (or saved photo)
• Charge your phone and headset

• Allow extra time for traffic and parking

  Tip: Take a photo of your login card and keep it on your phone for backup.

  

Arrive & Check In

When you arrive at your location:

• Arrive in uniform
• Check in with a Lead
• Clock in on the tablet at your scheduled start time
• Receive your vehicle assignment

• Complete your vehicle safety check
