Driver referral bonus program (CA & FL)

Know someone who would be a great fit for the Alto team? Refer a friend to apply in Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL, and you could win a $50 bonus!

For every referral who successfully completes their first shift, you earn an entry into our monthly drawing. Each month, three lucky winners are selected at random to receive the cash.

How It Works

1. Spread the word: Have your friend apply to drive with Alto in California or Florida.
2. Get the credit: Make sure your referral writes your full name in the referral section of their application.
3. Cross your fingers: Once your referral completes their very first shift, your name is automatically entered into that month's drawing.

Important Details

• Shift Requirement: Only referrals who complete their first shift count as a qualifying entry.
• Multiply Your Chances: There is no limit! Each qualifying referral counts as one entry, so the more people you refer, the higher your chances of winning.
• Payouts: To keep things streamlined, we do not send out individual winner notifications. Keep an eye on your upcoming paychecks following the end of the month to see if your bonus was added!
• Taxes & Eligibility: All bonuses are paid through standard payroll and are subject to applicable taxes. This program is exclusively open to active drivers in CA and FL.

Note: As mentioned above, a total of three (3) winners are selected for the $50 bonus during each monthly drawing!
