The Driver Milestone Program is Alto’s way of recognizing and rewarding our drivers for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. As you log hours on the road, you automatically earn points that unlock exciting, premium tiers and rewards!
Earning Points & Tracking Progress
- How You Earn: You automatically earn 1 point for every hour worked. Points are tracked based on your shift hours, so you don’t need to do anything extra.
- Point Expiration: Your points accumulate throughout your journey at Alto and will never expire, as long as you remain an active driver in good standing.
- Progress Tracking: You will receive periodic email updates with your current points balance and progress toward your next milestone. You'll also get an email notification the moment you unlock a new tier.
What Happens If You Leave Alto?
Rewards are designed to celebrate our active team members. If you separate from the company, your points will stop accruing, and any unredeemed points or unclaimed rewards will be forfeited. Milestone rewards can only be claimed and collected by active drivers.
Driver Milestone Levels & Rewards
Here's what's in store at each Milestone:
Level 1 – Pioneer (150 points): An Alto tumbler, your choice of hat, and a $0.25 pay raise (*Pioneer raise is only applicable in Los Angeles and Miami)
Level 2 – Explorer (750 points): Your choice of outerwear—a crewneck sweatshirt or a zip-up hoodie
Level 3 – Navigator (1500 points): A $0.50 pay raise, a lunchbox or your choice of drinkware
Level 4 – Pilot (3000 points): A $0.50 pay raise, a green uniform polo, your choice of Alto branded bag
Level 5 – Captain (5000 points): A $0.50 pay raise, a Northface fleece Alto jacket
Level 6 – Ambassador (7000 points): A $0.50 pay raise, Apple Airpods Pro
Uniform Notice: All apparel items earned through the Driver Milestone Program are fully uniform-eligible. You are welcome and encouraged to wear them as part of your daily uniform while on shift!
Step-by-Step Redemption Guide
When you reach a milestone, you will use the Alto Milestone Webstore to select and claim your items. Follow the step-by-step guide below to navigate the checkout process:
Step 1: Log In to the Portal
Access the online shop anytime here: Alto Milestone Webstore.
- Username & Password: Use your official Paycor email for both fields on your first login. You can immediately reset your password to something secure after logging in.
Step 2: Select and Add Items
Browse the available rewards for your level. Click on your preferred item to open its details page, select your size (if applicable), and click Add to move it to your cart.
Important Note on Reward Credits: Please note that there may be a delay of up to 24 hours from the exact time you receive your milestone email notification to when your new reward credits successfully sync and appear on your milestone account. If you log in immediately and do not see your credits, please wait a day before attempting to place your order.
Step 3: Review Your Shopping Cart
Once you are happy with your selections, click the View Cart button in the upper right-hand corner of the page to review your selected items, sizes, and quantities.
Step 4: Proceed to Checkout
If everything in your cart looks correct, click the Checkout button on the right side of the screen.
Step 5: Choose Your Pickup Depot
On the shipping details page, click the dropdown menu to select your home depot location. The dropdown menu will display the specific reward pick-up times for that location.
Important Note for Los Angeles Drivers: Because LA utilizes a multi-hub system, please note that all Los Angeles driver rewards are shipped exclusively to the Olympic depot for pickup.
Step 6: Finalize Your Order
Review your final order summary, click Continue Checkout, and then select Place Order. A confirmation page will appear displaying your unique order number, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the package ships.
How Pay Raises Are Handled: If your milestone includes an hourly wage increase, you don't need to do a thing! Raises are automatically processed behind the scenes.
- Effective Date: Your raise goes into effect the Monday immediately following the day you reach your milestone. This Monday marks the official beginning of your new pay cycle.
- Paycheck Timing: You will see the new rate reflected on the paycheck that covers that specific pay cycle.
- Example: If you reach your milestone on a Thursday, your new higher pay rate begins the following Monday (the start of the next pay cycle). You will then see that raise on the paycheck that pays out for that specific week of work.
Webstore Troubleshooting & Support
Cannot Log In?
If you are experiencing issues accessing the Milestone Webstore, try these troubleshooting steps:
- Check Your Email: Ensure you are entering your full, official Paycor company email address, not a personal email account.
- Reset Your Password: Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. A confirmation link will be sent to your email. You must click this link to confirm your new password within 15 minutes before it expires.
- Technical Store Support: If you are still completely locked out of the website after trying the steps above, email ws@triplecrownproducts.com for login assistance.

Picking Up Your Swag
Be sure to pick up your rewards at your designated depot in a timely manner so you can enjoy your new gear!
- Standard Pickup Windows: You can collect arrived orders at your home depot anytime between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. (Remember, LA driver rewards are only available for pick up at the Olympic depot!)
