At Alto, we are obsessed with experience. Redefining rideshare means that every single detail matters—including how we present ourselves. Our standardized uniform is designed to look classic, sophisticated, and professional, while keeping you completely comfortable behind the wheel so you can deliver a five-star ride every time.
How You Receive Your Alto Polos
To get your uniform collection started, your initial shirts are distributed based on your onboarding milestones:
- Your First Shirt: You will receive one (1) Alto polo during your orientation.
- Your Second Shirt: You will automatically receive your second Alto polo after successfully completing your 10th shift.
Note: These two standard-issue shirts are separate from any additional specialty apparel you can earn later down the road through the Driver Milestone Program.
Required Uniform Items
- Shirt: Your Alto-issued polo shirt. Polos must remain tucked in at all times while you are on shift.
- Pants: Properly fitting, full-length black work pants (straight or slim leg, flat front). Must have a zipper and belt loops.
- Belt: Solid black.
- Shoes: Sneakers in solid black, solid white, or a black-and-white combination.
- Tech: Headset with a microphone.
Pant Restrictions
To keep our team looking sharp and modern, the following styles are strictly prohibited on shift:
- Baggy or skinny fits
- Holes, rips, or tears
- Denim (jeans), leggings, or sweatpants
- Pants with cargo pockets or zippers on the pant legs
Optional Add-Ons
Want to layer up or add a hat? You can customize your look using only these approved items:
- Undershirts: Solid black, solid white, or solid gray undershirts may be worn beneath your polo.
- Outerwear: Your Alto-issued Milestone jacket.
- Hats: An Alto-issued baseball cap or knit beanie. No personal hats or unbranded headwear are allowed on shift.
Need a Replacement or a Different Size?
Please speak with a Lead at the beginning of your next shift for assistance with a replacement shirt.
Please note that uniform replacements are subject to inventory availability. If your requested size is currently out of stock, the Lead will take down your details and notify you as soon as a new shipment arrives or the stock is replenished.
