To log in to the Driver Portal, use the same credentials (email address and password) that you use to clock in. If you are receiving one of the following error messages, please see the information below:
Firebase: Error (auth/user-not-found)
- This error indicates that the email address you have entered is not in the system. Ensure you are using the correct email address. If you are unsure of the correct email address to use.
Firebase: Error (auth/wrong-password).
- This error indicates that you have entered the wrong password. If you do not remember your password, proceed with resetting your password by tapping ‘Forgot Password?’.
