Alto offers comprehensive health benefits designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families. Eligibility and available plans vary depending on your employment status and average hours worked per week.

Eligibility

  • Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week and employed for at least one year are eligible for Alto’s UnitedHealthcare (UHC) insurance plans.

  • Part-time employees or employees with less than one year of service are eligible for AllyHealth, which provides virtual care, mental health support, and wellness resources.

  • All employees are eligible for dental and vision coverage through Renaissance. 

For Employees with 30+ Hours per Week (Employed 1+ Year)

UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans

Alto offers four medical plan options through UnitedHealthcare, as well as Renaissance dental and vision coverage.

  • Access to Choice and Choice Plus provider networks for high-quality care.

  • Preventive care covered at 100% in-network.

  • Additional programs include:

For Employees with Less Than 30 Hours per Week and/or Less Than One Year of Service

AllyHealth Virtual Care & Wellness Program

Part-time employees have access to Renaissance dental and vision coverage as well as AllyHealth, a comprehensive telehealth and wellness solution offering 24/7 care and support.

Included Services:

  • Telemedicine: Speak with a licensed doctor anytime, anywhere — no copay, no per-call fee.

  • Virtual Primary Care: Choose and follow up with your preferred physician.

  • Teletherapy & Mental Health: Up to 10 free counseling sessions per year for you and your family.

  • Health Coaching: Certified wellness coaches available for fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.

  • Work-Life Support: Help with childcare, elder care, financial, and legal matters.

  • Prescription Discount Card: Save 10–85% on most medications at over 65,000 pharmacies.
