How to Access Your Dental & Vision Insurance ID Card Online

If you are still waiting for your physical dental or vision insurance card, you can access a digital ID card online at renaissancebenefits.com. Your digital card can be viewed, downloaded, or saved to your phone at any time.

Step 1: Visit Renaissance Benefits 

1. Go to https://www.renaissancebenefits.com

2. In the top right corner, hover over Log In

3. Select Group Member Portal

If You Have NOT Registered Yet

If this is your first time accessing the Group Member Portal:

1. Select Not registered yet? Sign up now

2. Enter the required information, including:

   1. First and Last name

   2. Date of birth

   3. SSN

3. Create a username and password

4. Complete the registration process and follow the steps below 

If You Are ALREADY Registered

1. Enter your Username

2. Enter your Password

3. Click Sign In

Need Help Logging In?

• Select Forgot username if you don’t remember your username

• Select Forgot password if you need to reset your password

Important: Alto is unable to assist with retrieving or resetting Renaissance Benefits login credentials. All login assistance must be completed directly through the Renaissance Benefits portal.

How To View/Download Insurance Cards

1. From your dashboard, click View Dental and Vision ID Card (top right)

2. Select Dental or Vision, depending on the card you need

3. Click Download to save a copy of your ID card

You can show this digital card at appointments or save it to your phone for easy access.
