If you’ve decided to move on from your position with Alto, we want to thank you for your time with us and ensure your transition is as smooth as possible. To make sure your resignation is processed correctly and routed to the right team, please follow the steps below.
How to Submit Your Resignation
To officially notify us, please click the link at the bottom of this page.
In your request, please include:
- Your full name
- Your last intended day of work
- Any relevant details or feedback you would like to share with the team
Providing Notice & Your Final Shifts
While we always appreciate advance notice to help with scheduling, it is not required. If you plan to work additional shifts before your official last day, please make sure to complete those scheduled shifts or follow the proper protocol to drop them ahead of time.
What to Expect After You Resign
Once our team processes your resignation:
- Shift Eligibility: You will no longer be eligible to pick up or work shifts after your designated last day.
- Final Pay: Your final pay will be issued in accordance with our standard payroll timelines.
- Accrued Sick Time: Because sick time is strictly intended for health and recovery rather than standard Paid Time Off (PTO), any remaining sick time left in your balance will not be paid out.
- Returning Alto Property: Keep an eye out for off-boarding communications, as instructions for returning your uniforms will be provided as part of that process.
