These scheduling rules apply to your scheduled shifts and determine the shifts you are able to work. If you have questions about picking up a specific shift, you may refer to these rules for guidance.
Hard Limits:
- Max 10 consecutive hours of scheduled shift time in any 24-hour period
- Max 12 hours of scheduled shift time in any 24-hour period
- Max 2 shifts in a 24 hour period, regardless of shift length
Conditional Buffers:
- If the initial shift is 8 hours, then a 2 hour buffer is required before the next shift
- If the initial shift is 6 - 7.99 hours:
- 1 hour buffer is required if the second shift is less than or equal to 2 hours
- 2 hour buffer is required if the second shift is more than 2 hours
- If the initial shift is under 6 hours, then no buffer is required
Note: Total shift time must not exceed 12 hours, even if no buffer is required
