Our standardized Alto driver uniform creates a sense of trust and comfort for our customers, the rider community. The Alto look is classic and sophisticated but modern and fresh, and most importantly, comfortable to drive in so that you can deliver the highest standard of service to our customers.
Alto Driver Uniform Requirements include:
- Alto-issued Polo shirt. Polo shirts must be worn tucked in at all times.
- Black, full-length work pants that fit properly, with a straight or slim leg. Flat front, no skinny or baggy fits. Must have a zipper and belt loops. No holes, rips, or tears. No zippers on pant legs or cargo pockets. No denim, leggings, or sweatpants.
- Solid black belt.
- Solid black, solid white, or black & white sneakers.
- Headset with mic.
- Optional black, white, or gray undershirt worn underneath polo. Undershirts must be in solid black, white, or gray.
- Optional Alto-issued Milestone jacket.
- Optional Alto-issued baseball cap or knit beanie (no personal hats allowed).
