In the rare event you are scheduled for a shift that doesn’t match your submitted availability. Here’s what to do if that happens:
(Please note this does not apply to shifts that were picked up)
Step 1: Confirm Your Availability on Record
Log in to the Driver Portal with your username and password.
From the main menu, select Availability.
Review your current availability on file to confirm what is officially recorded.
Step 2: If You Were Scheduled Outside of Your Availability
Go to Your Schedule in the Driver Portal.
Select the shift in question.
Drop the shift and provide the reason: “Scheduled outside of my availability.”
The shift will be reviewed and confirmed by the support team.
Step 3: If You Were Not Scheduled Outside of Your Availability
You are still responsible for dropping the shift if you cannot work it.
If the shift is dropped within 48 hours of the start time, attendance points will be applied.
To avoid last-minute penalties, always keep your availability current.
Important Reminder
Keeping your availability up to date in the Driver Portal is the best way to prevent scheduling conflicts. Review your availability regularly and submit changes promptly to ensure your schedule reflects when you’re truly available.
