What counts as a missed or incorrect punch?
A missed or incorrect punch means your start time, end time, or total hours do not match the shift you worked.
Common examples
- Forgetting to punch in or out
- Punching in late due to technical issues
- A punch not recording correctly
What to know
- Punches are recorded based on activity in the kiosk
- Manual adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
