Raises are awarded when employees reach specific milestone levels in the Alto recognition program.
When you reach a milestone that includes a pay raise:
You will receive an email notification
The raise becomes effective the following pay period
The updated rate will appear on your paystub
In some cases, email notifications may be delayed, even if the raise has already been applied.
Why might I not see a raise?
You may not see a raise if:
The milestone level does not include a pay increase
The raise is scheduled for the next pay period
You have already reached the maximum pay rate for your role
