Alto offers a Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)) to help eligible employees build long-term financial security through convenient payroll contributions and company matching.
This plan is administered through Empower Retirement and allows you to save for retirement with both pre-tax and Roth options.
Who Is Eligible?
You are eligible to participate if you:
Are at least 21 years old
Have completed at least 6 months of service with Alto
Eligible employees may enroll monthly.
Employer Matching
If you choose to contribute, Alto matches:
100% of your contributions up to 4% of your earnings
Example:
If you earn $100 and contribute $4, Alto will contribute an additional $4.
Employer matching contributions are immediately 100% vested.
Contribution Options
You may contribute using:
Before-Tax Contributions
Contributions are made before taxes
Taxes are paid when funds are withdrawn
Roth Contributions
Contributions are made after taxes
Qualified withdrawals are tax-free
Annual Contribution Limits (2026)
Up to $24,500 per year
Additional catch-up contributions may apply based on age
