If you were not scheduled for the current or upcoming week, the first step is to confirm that schedules have been posted. Schedules and open shifts are posted weekly by the end of day on Thursday for the upcoming Monday–Sunday work week.
If schedules have not yet been posted, you will not see assigned shifts or open shifts.
Schedules can vary week to week
Schedules may vary from week to week, and being scheduled in a prior week does not guarantee the same schedule or number of shifts the following week.
How to increase your chances of being scheduled
The best way to increase the likelihood of being rostered is to provide more flexibility within your available hours. We recommend offering at least 10 consecutive hours per day on the days you want to work. Short or narrow availability windows can make it difficult to build workable shifts and may result in fewer or no scheduled hours.
Availability must fully cover the start and end of a shift in order for you to be scheduled. Even a short gap, such as 15 minutes, can prevent a shift from being assigned.
For example, if your availability shows you are available until 4:00 PM, but a shift ends at 4:15 PM, the system cannot assign that shift to you. The same applies if your availability starts shortly after a shift begins.
Where to update your availability
You can review and update your availability in the driver app. Be sure your availability is accurate and reflects the days and times you are able to work.
