TAP (Trip Assignment Performance) reflects the percentage of time you are actively assigned to trips compared to your calculated paid shift time.
When to request a TAP review
You should submit a TAP review request if:
You were directed by Dispatch or Leadership to remain offline for an extended period
You experienced a system or app issue that affected trip assignments

You were involved in an accident or vehicle issue during your shift
TAP reflects time actively assigned to trips during your scheduled shift. Voluntary actions that reduce assigned time may impact your TAP score and will not result in any adjustments.
