When you submit your availability in the Driver Portal, it lets our system know the days and times you’re open to work. Please keep in mind that this doesn’t automatically become your schedule.
Schedule Preferences
Your Schedule Preferences define how many hours you would like to work and the shift length you prefer. This helps us build a schedule that meets your needs and goals.
Availability
Your Availability defines when you can work. To give yourself the best chance of being matched with a shift, we recommend submitting availability windows that are wide and flexible, ideally 10 hours or more.
You should also be sure to use Available and Preferred time. These two features maximize your chance of reaching your target hours, and help us create a schedule that's tailored to you.
My Schedule
Your shifts are scheduled weekly. Schedules for the upcoming week are typically posted between Wednesday and Friday. You can view your assigned shifts in the My Schedule section of the Driver Portal.
