If you are unable to make your scheduled shift, you can drop it directly in the Driver Portal.
- Log in to the Driver Portal.
- Select the Your Schedule tab.
- Locate the shift you want to drop.
- Click the Drop button next to the shift.
- Review the shift details.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and include a reason for dropping the shift
- Confirm that you want to drop the shift.
Attendance Points and Timing
Drivers may drop a shift at any time. However, attendance points are applied based on how close the drop is to the shift start time.
- The closer it is to your scheduled start time, the more likely attendance points will apply.
- Attendance points are applied automatically.
Using Accrued Sick Time
If you are using accrued sick time when dropping a shift:
- Once approved, attendance points will not be applied.
- Be sure to select the appropriate option during the drop process.
After You Drop a Shift
After confirming the drop:
- The shift will be removed from your schedule.
- The shift may become available for other drivers.
- Your attendance record will update automatically if applicable.
What if I don’t see the Drop button?
