If you’ve decided to resign from your position with Alto, we ask that you follow the steps below to ensure your resignation is processed correctly.
How to submit your resignation
To resign, please submit a request using the Contact Us button and select the option for Resignation. In your request, include:
Your full name
Your last intended day of work
Any relevant details you would like to share
Submitting your resignation through this process ensures it is routed to the appropriate team and documented properly.
Providing notice
While advance notice is appreciated, it is not required. If you plan to work additional shifts before your last day, be sure to complete any scheduled shifts you intend to work or follow the proper process to drop them.
After you resign
Once your resignation is processed:
You will no longer be eligible to pick up or work shifts after your last day
Final pay will be issued according to payroll timelines
Any remaining sick time is not paid out upon resignation, as sick time is not paid time off (PTO).
Returning Alto property
Instructions for returning uniforms will be provided as part of the offboarding process.
